These rice noodles are made from rice flour of sun-dried rice (variety: Happy Hill) grown naturally in Hino City, Tokyo without the use of fertilizers or pesticides, potato starch from Hokkaido, and natural salt from Izu Oshima. As it is a semi-dried type, it only requires a short boiling time (1-2 minutes), making it a great companion for camping and hiking.
