Standard Return Policy (14 Days)

You can request a return within 14 days of your order being delivered (if your order contains multiple items, the 14 days start from the day the last item arrives).

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unworn and unused
• With tags attached
• In its original packaging
• With the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at shop@likethis.jp beforehand. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we'll provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.

EU Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, in addition to the standard policy above.

• You have the right to cancel (withdraw from) your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.
• To withdraw, please notify us within this period at shop@likethis.jp (an email is sufficient).
• After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
• The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You don't need to leave it unopened, but if it shows signs of handling beyond what's necessary to check its condition, we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal

Due to their nature, the following items are not eligible for withdrawal:

• Customized items made to your specifications (e.g. skate decks with the grip tape already applied)
• Perishable goods, such as food items
• Items that cannot be returned once opened or used, for hygiene reasons

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at shop@likethis.jp so we can look into it and make it right.

Other Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Secondhand items (marked as such on the product page) cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of personal preference.

About Secondhand Items

Unless an item is marked as secondhand, all items are new. Secondhand items are carefully inspected before listing, but given their nature, may show some minor wear or marks, and are sold as-is.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved.

• Refunds for EU withdrawals: We'll refund you within 14 days of being notified of your withdrawal.
• All other refunds: If approved, you'll be automatically refunded within 14 business days(Japan time) via your original payment method.
• Your refund will include the standard shipping cost paid at checkout (if you chose an upgraded shipping method, such as express, the difference between that and standard shipping is non-refundable).

In either case, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 16 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at shop@likethis.jp.
