A botanical dye T-shirt dyed with surplus tea leaves harvested from the family's tea fields. Botanical dye is a hybrid plant dye that combines pigments extracted from plants with the minimum necessary chemical dyes. Surplus tea leaves grown in the Mikawa region for personal use are effectively used as dye.

100% organic cotton. 6oz loop wheel jersey, 50% virgin and 50% recycled. Soft and durable original Japanese body made using a loop wheel knitting machine. 10.5 x 10cm pocket. Bias-shortened binder neck with inner circumference shrinking and outer circumference stretching. Tea leaf green.

Camellia sinensis

It is an evergreen tree of the Theaceae family that grows in warm, well-watered soils. It is a perennial crop, and tea extracted from its leaves is popular around the world. During the Heian period, it was highly valued as a medicine for cuts, scrapes, rashes, colds, heat rash, and constipation. It is also resistant to wind and dust, and is often planted as a hedge. Small five-petal flowers bloom in autumn.

Organic cotton sourced from farmers on five continents. Cotton harvested using farming methods that protect the environment without the use of pesticides or defoliants for more than three years is used in Taishobo organic yarn, which is spun without putting a burden on the environment during the manufacturing process. Loop Wheel

This knitting machine, which originated in Europe and was in use until around the 1960s, is called a "hanging knitting machine" or "suspension machine" because it knits fabric while suspended from the ceiling. Because it knits slowly without putting unnecessary tension on the thread, it is able to knit fabric that is soft as if it contains air, yet strong.
